The documentary directed by Bogdan Mustață focuses on the process of communization undergone by the Romanian society during 1944 and 1951, addressing several topics such as the elimination of private propriety, the nationalization of industry, the beheading of the army, the falsification of the elections, the elimination of democratic parties and the abolition of monarchy. Its purpose is to present the Romanian and foreign audience with an outline of the establishment of the communist regime in Romanian and its repressive nature.
