Brief biographies of men who passed through the regime's prisons
- Arşavir acterian, (1907-1997)-lawyer, journalist and writer. Former editor-in-Chief of the magazine "Weather". It was part of a group of intellectuals that included him on Emil Cioran, Constantin Noica, Mircea Eliade, and Eugen Ionescu. He was jailed twice, each time under article 209 of the criminal code, conspiracy against social order. The first time in 1949, when he was sentenced to 3 years of correction, being issued at 21.02.1953 after it had passed through the colonies from the Peninsula (Black Valley) and Nasr City. The second time was arrested in 12.09.1959, Bucharest Military Tribunal convicted to 18 years forced labour and released at 30.07.1964 as a result of Decree 411.
FISA criminal transcript - Christina Vasile (1899-1950)-former Archpriest of Bucharest, Romanian Greek-Catholic Bishop at the time of their arrest, in December 1948. It was held first at Villa from patriarchal Dragoslavele and Caldarusani monastery, in order to be converted to orthodoxy. Passed through the Ministry of the Interior and the arrest through imprisonment he was tortured, where he died on 9 May 1950. Data from the inmate were copied after the table Direction prisons, labor camps and colonies.
FISA criminal transcript - Aurel Aldea, (1887-1949)-general de Division, Minister of internal affairs in the period august 23-November 2, 1944. He was arrested in 1946 and sentenced to forced labour for life for subversive activity, "Sumanele Negre." Died on October 17, 1949 in Aiud. The cause of death that appears in the inmate is chronic myocarditis.
FISA criminal transcript - Valeriu Anania (Bartholomew) (1921-)-orthodox theologian and Bishop. He was the Secretary of Patriarch Justinian Marina and director of the Patriarchal Library in Bucharest. He is currently the Metropolitan of the Metropolitanate of Cluj, Alba, Crişanei and Maramures. He was arrested on 14 June 1958 by the Regional M.A.I. Ploiesti and sentenced by the Military Court of Bucharest by way of 493/1959 to 25 years for conspiracy, forced labour under article 209 of the criminal code. The arrest of Ploieşti, and through the Jilava prison, Piteşti and Aiud. He was released on 1 august 1964, being pardoned by Presidential Decree No. 411.
FISA criminal transcript - Constantin argetoianu (1871-1955)-career diplomat and politician. The head of the Romanian delegation was at the preliminaries of Buftea, in 1918. Senator and Minister (of finance, Justice, Interior, Agriculture and Industries) in several Governments. It was he who, as Minister of the Interior (Jun. 1920-December 1921), ordered the arrest of participants in the Congress of the formation of the Romanian Communist Party, in May 1921. Royal Councillor and liberal Prime Minister from 28 September-23 November 1939. He was arrested in 1950 (the lot detained in the so-called "night of dignitaries") and submitted to the Sighet penitentiary, room 12, without conviction. According to the data sheet of the inmate, died on 6 February 1955.
FISA criminal transcript - Colonel Gheorghe arsenescu, Peter (1926-1959)-farmer. He drove with his brother Tahir anti-communist resistance movement "Outlaws Muscelului" after Mick's withdrawal. He was arrested on 20 May 1958 security Piteşti (U.M. 0336) and sentenced to death. It called for acts of terror, in accordance with article 207 of the criminal code, the Court of first instance of the region II by Military Decree nr. 107/19.05.1959. He was executed in Jilava penitentiary on 18 July 1959. Interesting is the fact that its card owned and one decision appears with the number 21.07.1959, 86014/subsequent sentence, whereby the Presidium of the great National Assembly rejected the request for a switch.
FISA criminal transcript - Colonel Gheorghe arsenescu, Thomas (1921-1959)-Lieutenant of cavalry. Initiator, alongside Gheorghe Abruzzi, anti-communist resistance movement "Outlaws Muscelului", whose leadership will take after its withdrawal. Just like his brother, was arrested on 20 May 1958 by Security. Death sentence was made by the same sentence and for the same facts as in the case of Petre by Colonel Gheorghe Arsenescu, and the sentence was executed on the same day. And his sentence was rejected by the Presidium of the switch M.A.N.
FISA criminal transcript - Abruzzi, George (1907-1962)-lieutenant-colonel. Former head of the Office of operations of the Division 20 Vânători de Munte. Wounded in Crimea, was decorated with the order "star of Romania". At the end of the war he was head of the Commission for the implementation of the truce Beirut district. In 1948 he founded the most well-organized group of anti-communist movement in the southern zone of the Făgăraş mountains. He was arrested by the Securitate on 1 February 1960 in Piteşti. The investigation was held up for two years, during which time he passed through Poiana Mare psychiatric hospital-Dolj and Văcăreşti prison and through Los Angeles. Through the sentence of 11/1962 was sentenced to death by the Bucharest Military Tribunal Region for acts of terror, in accordance with article 207 of the criminal code. He was executed on 29 May 1962 at Jilava penitentiary, death being recorded at Jilava commune people's advice under no. 18/30.05.1962.
FISA criminal transcript - Nicolae balota (1925-)-writer and literary critic, University Professor. Collaborator of radio free Europe. The first time he was arrested and held by police for a half year in 1949. He was arrested on 2 January 1956 and sentenced by the Military Court in Bucharest through sentence nr. 759/956 7 years public agitation for correction under Article 327 of the penal code. Went through prisons, Jilava, Gherla, Fagaras, Piteşti and Dej. He was released on time on 31 December 1962, and sent home to Lăţeşti in Bărăgan.
FISA criminal transcript - Petre Mihai Băcanu, (1941-)-journalist. During the period 1970-1988 was editor of the daily newspaper "Romania Libera". In the late 1980s he founded a dissident group, the "Alliance", which, inter alia, to set up a clandestine printing press where you edit newspaper "Romania". He was arrested on the basis of preventive mandate no. 37/p/25.03.1989, issued by the Prosecutor General, for usury, in accordance with article 295 of the criminal code. The sentencing was handed down by the District Court sector 1 by decision 280/1989, which provided for a penalty of 6 years and 6 months prison, starting from the date of apprehension. Detention and imprisonment were made at Jilava penitentiary. On December 5, 1989 he was elevated by the U.M. 0676 research according to address D/S/299495/89. It was released on December 22, 1989.
FISA criminal transcript - Bălăcioiu, E (1887-1960)-Professor, literary critic Eugen Lovinescu's wife and the mother of Monica's Lake. He was arrested on 23 May 1958 and condemned by the military tribunal of Bucharest through sentence nr. 28/1958 to 18 years jail for vicious talks tough against R.P.R, pursuant to article 209, paragraph 2, subparagraphs a and b of the penal code. It closed at Jilava and Văcăreşti then moved to, where he died on June 7, 1960.
FISA criminal transcript - Bălan, Ioan (1880-1959)-Archpriest of Bucharest and the Romanian Greek-Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Lugoj. As Vincent Scott, was arrested in 1948 together with all the Greek-Catholic prelates, after banning the Romanian Church United with Rome. Admitted to Caldarusani and then to Dragoslavele, was sent to prison and Sighet in 1950, after the failed conversion attempts. On 4 January 1955, he was sent to arrest at Curtea de Arges, and from there to the monastery of Defender, where he died in august 1959.
FISA criminal transcript - Oliviu beldeanu, (1924-1960)-sculptor. One of the leaders of the youth organization of the National Peasant Party. The head of the group that attacked the Legation of R.P.R. from Bern on the night of 14 February 1955. He was kidnapped from East Berlin on 31 august 1958 a group operative Directorate (Foreign Intelligence) of the State Security Department, led by Colonel Aurel Moiş, Deputy Chief D.I.E. (the detainee appears tense 123 km/H). The operation has also participated and Nilesh Nicholas, future head of the D.I.E. He was sentenced to death by military tribunal of Region II Bucharest through sentence nr. 202/31.10.1959 for treason under article 194, paragraph 4 of the Criminal Code of R.P.R. The execution occurred on the same day it was filed at Jilava, 18 February 1960. The death was recorded at Jilava commune people's advice. 12/20.02.1960.
FISA criminal transcript - , Aurelian bentoiu (1892-1962)-lawyer and politician. Liberal mp and Minister of Justice during the period 30 November 1939-10 May 1940. Went through two periods of house arrest. First was admitted through the administrative decision on 31 October 1948. Barely six years later was arrest mandate issued no. 22/C/1954 on its name, for the crime of conspiracy under article 209 of the criminal code. He was released on 13 July 1956 under the address no. 6,792/56 the Court Region of the Military. On November 10, 1957 he was arrested again for the same offence, and sentenced by the Military Court in Bucharest to 25 years jail by way of heavy 661/58. He was imprisoned at Sighet, Jilava and Văcăreşti Prison,. He died on 27 June 1962 in Jilava, death being recorded at Jilava commune people's Advice under no. 19/29.06.1962.
FISA criminal transcript - Mişu Benvenisti, (1902-?)-lawyer. Former President of the Youth Association in Romania and Deputy Chairman of the party. In 1941 he was President of the Zionist Executivei from Romania. Later, after emigration, came to Israel's Ambassador in Switzerland. It seems he was arrested again in august 1950 and surveys for nearly four years. He was sentenced by the Military Court sentence Bucharest Territorial No. 258/1954 to forced labour for life for the crime of high treason ("gave information from R.P.R. about the political and administrative life of the State of Israel and Zionist activity "), in accordance with article 191 of the criminal code. Jilava prison has gone through and he was tortured. It was issued by Presidential Decree No. 166/14.04.1956 of the Presidium of the great National Assembly.
FISA criminal transcript - Blank, Aristide (1883-1960)-banker and writer. Son of Maurice, one of the founders of the Blank, the most important private banks of the Kingdom period, Marmorosch, Blank et co., later a manager of it. Interwar industrialist and one of the relatives of King Charles II. The founder of the airline's Paris-Bucharest and publisher of "national culture", was the owner of the newspaper "morning" and "Truth". He was arrested on 30 September 1952 and sentenced by the Military Court in Bucharest through sentence nr. 334/1953 to 20 years jail for the murder of heavyweight high treason (1944 S.U.A has provided information "), in accordance with articles 190 and 191 of the criminal code. The Military Prosecutor's Office arrest Bucharest and Piteşti prison at Jilava and through. It was released on April 29, 1955 under the address no. 13576 Territorial Military Tribunal of Bucharest, produced as a result of rejudecării and payment.
FISA criminal transcript - Matei Boilă, (1926-)-member of the P.N. a.þ. Since 1945 and exiled activist Movement students. Greek-Catholic priest in 1977. After 1990 he was head of senator and vicar of Cluj. He was arrested in 1947 for several weeks, after which he lived hidden for two years. On 14 December 1952, he was arrested again and sent to Cape Midia, for a sentence of one year and three months. In May 1953, reached in Jilava, being filed with the arrest warrant No. 87/1953 for machination (art. 209 of the Criminal Code). From hand-outs shows that on January 1, 1956, he was arrested again with the mandate no. 10/B/1956 for public agitation and sentenced by the Bucharest Court through sentence nr. 759/1956 to 10 patch. Has passed through the Prison, Gherla and Botoşani and through the colony from Willow. He was pardoned on July 29, 1964 as a result of Decree 411.
FISA criminal transcript - Boldur-Lăţescu, (1929-) Professor. Univ. Dr. in economics, engineer and writer. Professor of the Academy of economic studies in Bucharest. In 1949 he was arrested and convicted by sentence No. 1287/950 by the Bucharest Court for murder of subsidence of the constitutional order in accordance with articles 207 and 208 of the criminal code to social degradation. The description of the offence was "tentative departure in the mountains for the resistance". Went through Piteşti prison at Jilava, and colony at Periprava. He was released on 12 May 1951 on the basis of the address no. 30448/951.
FISA criminal transcript - Brătianu, Constantin (Baba) c. (1887-1956)-doctor of law and politician. Deputy Minister of war Production (4.11.1944-6.12.1944). He was the general Secretary of the Romanian delegation at the peace conference in Paris in January 1919, the Communists coming to power found him as general Secretary of the National Liberal Party. He was arrested on 6 May 1950 (later Memorial will remain as the "night of dignitaries") by the Direction of the Prosecutor General with the mandate no. 20/C/01.09.1954 (!). The deed for which he was charged was intense activity carried out against the working class during the "regime of the bourgeois-landlord" and invoked article 193 of the criminal code was. There are no worksheets in the judgment of conviction. It was held by the Ministry of the Interior and the Malmaison, and he was tortured and detained at Sighet. On November 30, 1956 was sent to Sighet, he was tortured but died on 21 January 1956 in Colţea hospital. Death certificate has the M.C. series and nr. 370,555.
FISA criminal transcript - Gheorghe i. brătianu, (1898-1953)-historian and politician. Professor and academician. He is the son of Ion I.C. (Ife) Brătianu. He was arrested on 6 May 1950 ("the night of dignitaries") and imprisoned at Sighet prison without having been tried and condemned in advance. He died in prison on April 27, 1953, the Act of death having M.C. series and nr. 370,581. The death was recorded on the advice of the Popular Virginia Beach under no. 131/20.07.1957 (!).
FISA criminal transcript - Gheorghe calciu-Dumitreasa, (1925-2006)-Orthodox priest and dissident. He participated in the creation of the trade union organization in Romania in 1977, and in the 1980s protested the demolition of churches. He was arrested in 1948, when he was a student at the medical school, the legionary activity ("activity against the working class", art. 193 of the Criminal Code) before august 23, 1944. Through sentence nr. 148/1949 was sentenced by the Military Court in Bucharest to eight years jail for conspiracy, heavy; 209 of the criminal code. He was involved in "reeducation" at Pitesti, being judged and sentenced in 1957 in the torturers, by sentence No. 155 the Court Region II Military Bucharest, to 15 years forced labour, for the crime of conspiracy. It was released on 18 May 1963 with the words "expiry of the sentence" and sent home. He was arrested once again in 1977 and sentenced to 10 years in prison, but was released in 1984 and allowed to immigrate to S.U.A. as a result of international protests.
FISA criminal transcript - Mircea Cancicov (1884-1959), economist and politician. Professor and honorary member of the Romanian Academy. He was Minister of finance in 1937 and Minister of Justice from March 1938-January 1940. He was arrested on 5 October 1946 and sentenced by the Supreme Court through sentence nr. 1510/1948 to 20 years jail for heavy war crime. In fact it shows that "being Finance Minister, took part in Romania's joining with Germany, selling goods of the country and contributed to the start of the war". Passed through the prison, he was tortured and Râmnicu Sărat, where he died on Christmas day in the year 1959.
FISA criminal transcript - Sydney, Das (1879-1964)-philologist, literary historian and critic. Professor and member of the Romanian Academy, former student of Titu Maiorescu's. He was Minister of national education. Arrested on May 5, 1950, in the most important group of former officials and servants of former regimes ("dignitaries"), was sent to Sighet prison. Take 71 years and prison card list a long string of illnesses, gained in detention: "insomnia, tachycardia, chronic bronchitis". As in the case of other officials arrested in the same batch, the sections concerning the term of arrest, judicial sentence and punishment are empty.
FISA criminal transcript - Nicolae carandino (1905-1996)-writer, publicist and politician, farm. He was director of the National Theatre, vice President of the journalists ' Union and one of his relatives Iuliu Maniu. During the period 1944-1947 he was Director of the press head, justice. It was one of the four members of the leadership, and rehabilitating P.N.. elected by Iuliu Maniu to leave the country in order to create a core of Romanian resistance in the West. He was arrested on July 14, 1947 in the aftermath of the incident at the Tămădău affair, when he tried to flee the country, on the basis of the mandate for arrest No. 105,491. The sentencing was handed down by the military tribunal of the region of Bucharest, by sentence No. 1988/11.1947, for plot and treason (article. 184 of the Criminal Code) and 207. The punishment was 6 years jail. He was imprisoned at the Prison and Sighet (51). Seven years later, by order No. 007i789/10.06.1954 was established in the village of arrest Ruble-Bărăgan, where he was transferred on 14 June.
FISA criminal transcript - Caan, Virgil (1908-1984)-poet. He was arrested on 10 November 1956 by Direction from M.A.I Surveys. for machination social, according to art. 195 of the criminal code. The real reason he was attending a literary circle that unfold into the House of his wife Kimberly Şeicaru. He was sentenced by the Military Court in Bucharest through sentence nr. 474/1957 for public agitation under Article 327 of the penal code, a 5-year-old prison correctional facility. Went through prisons, Jilava and Aiud Prison, and through the work of the colony at Periprava. He was released on 8 November 1963.
FISA criminal transcript - Victor cădere (1891-?), doctor of law, Professor at the Law Faculty of Cluj and career diplomat. He was part of the Romanian delegation at the peace conference in Paris in 1919 and was the head of the Military Mission to the far East (1920-1921). He represented his country as a diplomat in Warsaw, Belgrade and Lisbon. Among others, he was Secretary general in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Royal resident in the lower Danube. He was arrested on 7 October 1952 and interned by the D.G.S.S. by order No. 60107/1952 espionage and foreign ties, as it had been under the Antonescu Government Minister Plenipotentiary in Portugal. As late as 1956, the region's Military Tribunal II Bucharest issued the sentence whereby 1332 was sentenced to 5 years in prison, for which it was ordered but non-performance. He was imprisoned at Jilava and Sighet. It was released on 20 September 1956.
FISA criminal transcript - Radu câmpeanu, (1922-)-lawyer, former President of the National Liberal Youth. Was a leader of Student Committee organizing the anti-Communist demonstration on November 8, 1945. After 1989 he was President of the P.N.L. and the Presidency. Was admitted by decision 169/1950 to 12 months, the reason being membership in the past at P.N.L. Was kept closed until 19 august 1953, when he was an established home forcefully. Went through prisons and Ghencea, Craiova and through the colonies, Popeşti-Leordeni Daytona Beach and Cape Midia.
FISA criminal transcript - Kagome, Tit Liviu (1904-1955)-Greek-Catholic priest and Professor, doctor of philosophy. Rector of the Theological Academy "Holy Trinity" of Blaj and Bucharest's endeavour. He was ordained a bishop in his Dungeon of la Caldarusani, in December 1949. Had the same fate as other Greek Catholic Hierarchs, was imprisoned in October 1948, in the priests, and kept several years in Allied captivity at Neamţ Monastery at Caldarusani, and to the purpose of Dragoslavele be converted to orthodoxy. He was imprisoned in Sighet, the 44 room, where he died on January 15, 1955. The condition of his health records held in Sighet penitentiary: ", T.B.C, colitis, hemorrhoids, hernia, defective hearing (operated)".
FISA criminal transcript - Constants, Lena (1909-2005)-artist and Ethnologist. It was one of his disciples Professor Dimitrie Gusti, and wife of the Director of the archive of folklore, Harry Brauner. Close to his Lucretius Patrascanu, was involved in the process in which he was convicted. He was arrested in 1948, kept in the survey for several years and convicted by sentence No. 49/14.04.1954 to 12 years labour for murder of high treason. It closed at Miercurea Ciuc, Dumbraveni and issued the sentence runs out on September 14, 1961.
FISA criminal transcript - Constantin Titel-Petrescu, (1888-1956)-lawyer and politician. Founder of the Human Rights League (1923) and one of the leaders of social democracy. Chairman of the Social Democratic Party of Romania (1943-1946) and State Secretary Minister in the first Government Sănătescu (representative of the PSD in the Government formed after august 23, 1944). In December 1945 he turned down a merger with Communists, laying the groundwork for an Independent Social-Democratic Party. He was arrested on May 5, 1948 and boarding through administrative decision without any sentence of condemnation on its name. It was not until June 17, 1952 was given notice of the military tribunal of Bucharest which provided for prison life, the crime being passed: "head of the Republic's scheming against the people's Democracy and former Minister Secretary of State." Went through prisons, Jilava and Sighet (room 53) and Râmnicu Sărat. It seems that was issued in September, 1955.
FISA criminal transcript - Coposu, Cornel (1914-1995)-head jurist and politician. Former personal Secretary and his political Secretary of Iuliu Maniu. 23 august-November 1944 he was director of the cabinet of Ministers to the Presidency of the Council, and in 1946 he became Deputy general Secretary P.N. a.þ. Awarded the Legion of honour of France, was the Chairman of C.D. P.N. a.þ. during the period 1989-1995. He was arrested on 14 July 1947 and interned, also the entire leadership of the P.N. a.þ. Find the inmate's sentence nr. 876/1955 of the Bucharest military tribunal that sentenced to jail for 15 "high-activity against the working class." Passed through the military prisons, and Uranus through the Malmaison prison he was tortured, Piteşti, Craiova, Gherla, Aiud, Jilava, Râmnicu Sărat, Sighet and through camps and Ghencea, Popeşti-Leordeni and Channel. It was released on July 9, 1962 and was established in the village of Ruble arrest, near Brăila.
FISA criminal transcript - Cathcart, George (1882-1973)-plăpumar. One of the leaders of the social-democratic movement in the first decade of the 20th century. The leader of the Socialists of the old Kingdom during the first world war. Member of the first Parliament of Romania. He was the leader of the Socialist Party delegation who signed in Moscow in December 1920, affiliating the Komintern and unconditional first Secretary of the Romanian Communist Party (October 1922-October 1924). Expelled from the party in 1926, social-democratic and remains a close of Constantin Titel-Petrescu. Was admitted to the channel in 1947, 1950 and 1951. In its decision 4/1952 was hospitalized by D.G.S.S. Calimanesti, commencing august 16, for a sentence of 60 months. He also passed through Piteşti prison colonies and at Periprava and Valea Neagră (Peninsula). Although the inmate was issued appears to be 25 April 1953, apparently was issued as late as 1956. What is certain is that in 1956, a security report from the funeral of Constantin Titel-Petrescu mentions among those present. Was "recovered" by Nicolae Ceauşescu, and buried in the Pantheon of Carol Park, where the remains were taken from the family after 1990.
FISA criminal transcript - Dascalescu, Nicholas (1884-1969)-career officer. General Corps (from 1942). During World War II he was the Commander of the Army Corps 2 (1941-1944), after which he assumed command of the 3rd Army (1944) and the 4th Army (1945). He was arrested and tried twice, but was not convicted. In total, he spent nearly five years in Communist jails. The first time he was arrested and prosecuted during the period august to October 1946, but the Bucharest Court of Appeal considered that the measures taken by him during the war were justified by military needs. According to reports, the job has been arrested again on 23 November 1951, as a result of the reopening of his case by the Attorney general. Referring to the accusation of war crimes, and in the description of the fact that "gave excessive dispoziţiuni in connection with the application of the laws of war". It was released on October 8, 1955, as a result of the entry into force of the Decree of pardon No. 421/1955, without ever having held a trial.
FISA criminal transcript - Camil demetrescu, (1913-1992)-lawyer and diplomat. During World War II, he was deputy director of the cipher in the Foreign Ministry. He was arrested in august, 1947, with the mandate of the No. 105,499, and judged in the process leaders, P.N. and rehabilitating from this position after the Tămădău affair. The region's Court of Bucharest Military sentenced to 15 years jail for heavy "plot and treason", by decision No. 1988. He was imprisoned at Sighet Prison, prisons, Jilava, Râmnicu Sărat, Piteşti and Dej. The release occurred, in 5 October 1962, when he was settled in the commune of arrest the ruble from Bărăgan.
FISA criminal transcript - Raymon, Romulus (1905-1975) writer and publicist. Entered the diplomacy, was one of the close aides of Nicolae Titulescu. Radu Gyr, as was arrested and prosecuted journalists in the process. He received a sentence of 20 years imprisonment for heavy "war crime". The transcript appeared as places of detention colonies at Tacloban and the white Gate, as well as the penitentiaries in Craiova and Gherla. It was released on October 10, 1955, in compliance with Decree 421.
FISA criminal transcript - Dobzeu, Michael (Dobzeu Mine) (1921-)-Orthodox prelate. He was the spiritual father of Nicolae Steinhardt, whom he baptized while in custody. He was arrested three times, the first time in 1948 because he protested the action taken by the Communists against the Church. Registered card was made on the occasion of the second arrest, which occurred on October 19, 1959. Then he was sentenced to 7 years for conspiracy (article correction. C.P. 209) by decision No. 37/960. It was released on June 24, 1964 in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 310, having passed through the detention he was tortured, at Jilava, Ostrov, Mirpur, Periprava and Gherla.
FISA criminal transcript - Dragomir, (1898-1981) was a career officer. Brigadier General (1944), and Professor. He was Minister of Economic Coordination Staff (1940-1941) and the Chief of staff of the 4th Army (1944-1945), led by Marshal Antonescu. His arrest has been issued by the N.K.V.D. While he was running the operations of Czechoslovakia (2 March 1945). He was sent to the U.s.s.r. for investigation and deported to Siberia, returning to the country until January 10, 1957. FISA criminal transcript - Vasile Georgescu (Richard Wurmbrand) (1909-2001)-Lutheran pastor. FISA criminal transcript - Dumitru iuga (1942-)-anti-Communist dissident. He worked as a job on television. In the early 1980s he founded an anti-Communist organization, entitled "movement for freedom and social justice from Romania". He was arrested on 11 September 1983 on the basis of mandate no. 56 issued direction for Procuraturilor Military plot, according to art. 167 HP. In describing the scene reads that "between May and august 1983 initiated a subversive group which had proposed aim at conducting anti democratic and change the Socialist system of our country." Through sentence nr. 26/84 was sentenced to 12 years in prison, the punishment reduced to 6 years by decision No. 11/88. He was imprisoned at Jilava and Aiud from, but what stands out from its card is the large number of removals in custody they had during detention, including three times at Jilava prison hospital. It was released on September 9, the term 1989, being detained and then on 12 December 1989 and released on 22nd, during the revolution.
FISA criminal transcript - Jienescu Gheorghe (1895-1971)-career officer. General aviator, George Jienescu was one of the pioneers of aviation, having won numerous premieres, some of which may be quoted in international law. During World War II, he served as a foot soldier, and was decorated with the star of Romania with Crown and swords. After the war he was elected the officers sent to take aviation courses in the West in order to meet the new needs of the army, in which he excelled, advancing rapidly. In 1935 he led air raid-Capetown, an important event in the history of aviation in view of the types of apparatus used and conditions. Colonel, was appointed at the helm of the 1940s, as Chief of staff of the Air Force Command, holding the post of Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry of national defense, for air and Marine. Right after august 23, 1944 was sacked and put under guard at the home of the new authorities, to pressure the Soviets. He was tried in February 1946, as part of the 17 Ministers of the Governments. He was convicted by sentence No. from august 1948 to 15197 20 years jail for heavy war crime. He was pardoned on April 18, 1964, by decision No. 176 of the State Council. He was imprisoned at Aiud, Văcăreşti, Râmnicu Sărat and Gherla.

He was released in January 1963, 16 being pardoned by decision No. 5 of the State Council. Was detained at Jilava and Aiud, in camps and Fortress Peninsula.
FISA criminal transcript - Jovin Ion (1899-1994)-doctor. He is considered the founder of Oncology and radiotherapy, laying the groundwork for the first specialized center hospital Colţea. Among others, he was director of the newspaper and "Universe". He was arrested in 1949 and sentenced by sentence No. 1067/50 Bucharest Military Tribunal for crimes of high treason ("had ties to anglo-Americans") to forced labour for life. After having gone through arrest MORE, through hospital-prison at Jilava and Văcăreşti prison, through Aiud, Piteşti and Gherla, passed away on November 7, 1957 in Râmnicu Sărat due to a "cardiovascular collapse."
FISA criminal transcript - Lupaş Ion (1880-1967)-Professor, Ph.d. in history and philosophy. One of the most prominent scholars in Transylvania, Lupaş was Professor, and founder of the Romanian magazine "the morning star". He is the founder of the Institute of national history in Cluj (1920) and was for many years Chairman of the Department of history of the Romanian Academy. He remained incarcerated until the general amnesty of 1964 (Decree 411), passing through prisons, Jilava, Râmnicu Sărat and Gherla.
FISA criminal transcript - Marino A. (1921-2005)-literary critic, doctor of Philology. Former Assistant of George Călinescu. PNŢ Member, was arrested in 1949 and sentenced to 10 years jail for conspiracy against the heavy social order through the sentence of 19 October 1950 in 979. It was held in Jilava prison, Oradea and Caransebes, but also in labor colonies Periprava and Lozells. He was released in February 1957, but was established in the Bărăgan, home to the Lăteşti, being pardoned in 1964.
FISA criminal transcript - Istrate micescu (1881-1951), lawyer, Professor and politician. One of the most famous lawyers of the period, he was a member, on behalf of which he was three times elected a Deputy, and appointed Foreign Minister (1937-1938). FISA criminal transcript - Lucretius Patrascanu (1900-1954)-lawyer and politician. One of the oldest Communist leaders at the time of the august 1944. FISA criminal transcript - Dezideriu sîrbu, i. (1919-1989)-Professor, writer. Better known by his literary pen name, I.D. Sîrbu, originated from a family of miners from the JIU Valley, formed in the atmosphere from the Sibiu Literary Circle, whose intellectual model was Lucian Blaga. There are voices that claim that his life experience was the inspiration for the character of Pagal novel "the most beloved of the native".
FISA criminal transcript - Victor Slăvescu (1891-1977), economist and politician. Doctorate in economics and philosophy, obtained in Germany, Victor Slăvescu was best known for his professional career. During the interwar period it was the Romanian Bank subdirectory as managing director of National Industrial Credit Company (1935). In the years 1934-1935 he was Minister of finance, and from 1939-1940, he served as Minister for army equipment. After the Communist regime was removed from public life and professional was imprisoned in June 1950, along with the so-called ' batch of officials ". Registered card on his criminal name of Communist authorities does not contain than identity data, proof of the fact that he was arrested on the basis of a simple administrative order, without being judged. He was released in July 1955, just as he was arrested, a simple order of Ministry of Internal Affairs, being held only in Sighet prison. FISA criminal transcript - Dumitru stăniloae (1903-1993)-Orthodox priest and theologian. PhD in theology at Chernivtsi, specialized in dogmatic in Athens, Munich and Berlin. Although he was ordained priest in 1932 being, among others, and Adviser to the Archbishopric of Sibiu in the 1930s, he is best known as a theologian, especially for translation work "the Holy life of the Philokalia completion", on which he worked for more than 40 years and which has been published in 12 volumes. FISA criminal transcript - Alexandru todea (1912-2002)-a Roman Catholic prelate. Doctor of theology of the College "De Propaganda Fide" in Rome in 1940, Alexandru Todea is known in particular for his work on pastoral, especially during and after release from prison.
